About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced trainer and have worked with a cross section of industries to help enhance workplace wellbeing. I am an experienced Psychotherapist with an extensive background in Occupational Health and bring my experience to my work to assist organisations make positive changes in relation to mental health and how to support individuals in the workplace.Practice description
I understand that a healthy and productive workplace is built on more than just operational efficiency. It requires a commitment to the well-being and personal development of every team member. That’s why I offer customised workplace training programmes designed to address crucial aspects of mental health and interpersonal dynamics.
I deliver tailored training to organisations and departments after thorough consultation to identify the issues and how my training can positively impact the people in the workplace. I also work to assist management level staff in how to appropriately support individuals.
My first session
I work with organisations and gather information for a bespoke training package which involves a blend of strategic planning, relationship building, and information gathering.
I Identify, understand and research your organisation to ensure the training you receive is beneficial both practically and financially
I aim to understand your Industry and familiarise myself with the sector you operate in and any relevant trends or challenges.
I learn your mission, vision, values, and current strategic goals and recognise your challenges and Identify potential pain points or areas where you might need support or improvement.

I am available for online sessions every Tuesday-Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm via the Teams platform. If these hours are not suitable for you, please contact me as I can be flexible.

I am trained in person centred, psychodynamic, CBT and EMDR therapy and draw upon each approach to ensure sessions are tailored to you. Essentially, research shows us that despite the approach of therapy, it is the power of the therapeutic relationship which creates positive change.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and how powerful and transformative it can be. Being heard, listened to and understood can be the most powerful and validating experience of all.

I understand how daunting it can feel trying to find the right therapist for you. I am a client lead therapist, in our first session we will go at your pace and identify the areas you want to focus on which will be of the most benefit to you and your life going forward.
