The training covers key techniques like improving affective metallisation, cognitive bias modification, emotional regulation, resource and resilience. It is experiential, allowing participants to practice and experience the method in small groups. Upon completion, therapists can apply ReAttach within their practice and register internationally after demonstrating positive results with clients.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural and ReAttach Therapist. I am an NVR UK Accredited Practitioner, supervisor and trainer and qualified in NLP coaching.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy, which explores your problems in the here and now. CBT assumes that behaviours are linked to your thoughts and feelings, which are a product of the beliefs you hold about yourself the world and others. Some behaviour may maintain your problems or even make them worse. CBT believes that if you can better understand your thoughts you can change behaviours and beat self-defeating cycles. With commitment CBT can help you overcome real difficulties in a relatively short period of time compared to other talking therapies. CBT also gives you more control over your recovery and life as you will learn skills that help you to better cope with stressful situations outside of and post therapy.
ReAttach therapy is an accessible and short-term method of therapy where you do not have to talk and relive trauma or difficult events. It is a scientifically proven, fast acting method and has been used as a systemic intervention with people of all ages with trauma, overwhelming emotions, attachment problems, and developmental disorders. It is a valuable tool in personal growth and assists an individual in working through unpleasant thoughts or difficult emotions in order to focus in on what is important.
