I am Integrative in my approach, tailoring your therapy to meet your needs.

I believe that the environment in which we develop profoundly affects us as individuals: socially, culturally and in our family units.  I describe myself as working from a Relational stance, specialising particularly in complex trauma and childhood issues.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I am interested in the secondary traumatic stress present in individuals working with those who have been traumatised.

At our first meeting, I will complete an assessment of what brings you to therapy gathering information about you in your world. From this information, we will discuss ways to move forward and plan the work we embark on together.

Am an Integrative Supervisor with a background of working with Trauma and adverse childhood experience.

I have a particular interest in how working with trauma effects the practitioner.

Theoretical orientation includes Attatchment theory, Object Relations and Systemic family therapy.

I work from a Trauma Informed stance which includes acknowledging Attatchment theory , Ployvagal representation and the need for psycoeducation in our work as therapists.
