About me and my therapy practice

With an extensive depth and breath of knowledge of training (40 years), coaching and systemic dyamics, I offer highly effective individualised training to meet the requirments of the organisation and realsitic requirements of all individuals.

Topics include: effective, respectful non-BS communication, soft skills, team collaboration, can do attitudes, courage to maintaine appropriate boundaries,  mature mangement of natural ruptures and many other key topics.

Individuals are, for the most part, responsible for their wellbeing, and organsiaitions are responsible for developing an encourging, respectful,  enabling culture that is clear and precise on the resonable requirements for all employees.

Of course the cultrue is also developed through the style and attitudes of each individual.

All individuals learn through modelling and example. If any member of the team are finding aspects of their role challenging, appropriate training is significantly more benficial (and cost effective) than managing the employee out of the team, company or promoting them up and away.

All individuals have the capacity to develop,  when provided with the correct elements.
