About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative, person-centred counsellor here to help you reflect, question and make sense of the struggles and questions you maybe facing in your life. These might include difficult episodes in your past, patterns you may find yourself repeating, worries and anxieties or the negative self-beliefs you may hold which stop you from living your life to the full.
I work with children, young people and adults adopting age-appropriate and individual approaches to every client and every session. I can incorporate the use of creative media such as painting and drawing or model-making into our meetings and some clients find benefit in exploring sand tray work.
As we work together, the most important thing is that my clients are comfortable, at ease and feel able to talk.
