About me and my therapy practice
Life can be stressful and confusing. Let me help you make sense of your difficulties, and make changes. I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your worries and feelings, so you can move on with your life in the most helpful way.
I offer short or long term therapy, integrating different types of therapy, to best suit each individual client over a wide range of issues.
