About me and my therapy practice
My approach to therapy is based on the view that body, soul, spirit are interconnected. I have trained in psychodynamic therapy, integrative therapy and anthroposophic psychotherapy, a bio-psycho-social-spiritual to therapy inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner. I address most presenting problems including identity and personality issues, complex psychosomatic problems and serious mental health issues. As well as being an experienced therapist with 30 years experience I am also an experienced supervisor. I see clients in London at two venues (near Baker Street and Hammersmith) and Forest Row, East Sussex.
I work with the BACP Code of Ethics.

About me and my therapy practice
My approach to therapy is holistic. I take the view that body, soul, spirit are interconnected. I have trained in psychodynamic therapy, integrative therapy and anthroposophic psychotherapy, a spiritual approach to therapy inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner. First, I look to the future potential of the client; second, I examine the reasons why the client is not fulfilling his or her potential.
