About me and my therapy practice
Hello.
I believe there are many reasons why someone looks for a counsellor and not many reasons why not to!
It's at the very least an opportunity to 'just be' yourself, say what you feel, and be heard. This alone can be incredibly nourishing and is at the heart of my work.
It can also help to find your way through something big or small in your life, often discovering more than you expected.
Feeling comfortable and safe with your counsellor is the most important aspect for it to be of help to you. Look for someone you think you can find this with and let it be your gift to yourself. It is a privilege for me to offer it to you.
I have worked in private practice for eight years and volunteered for Cruse Bereavement Care; Bexley Adult Education College; Mind Bexley and Westmeria Counselling Service. I work from my home in Erith and I look forward to welcoming you.
