About me and my therapy practice
I am a very experienced professional therapist who has worked within NHS Mental Health for over thirty five years and on counselling and psychotherapists trainings for over thirty years. In private practice I am trained to offer offer art therapy, counselling or psychoanalytic psychotherapy at least once weekly. Art Therapy can be particularly helpful for those who do not find it easy to express themselves through words.
Once you have made contact with me, itself an important step in seeking help: We would then arrange to meet for a consultation to see if I am the right person for you. If this is the case then we would agree why it might be helpful to continue working together and what this work would involve.
I am member of BAPPs registered as a psychoanalytic psychotherapy supervisor. Was employed within the NHS as Registered Mental Health Charge Nurse, psychoanalytic psychotherapist and consultant art psychotherapist. Taught on Psychotherapies trainings at Goldsmiths and IATE.
