An experienced therapist working with adults of all ages. As well as working in private practice, I also work for a charity providing therapy for people in London.

My work is with adults of all ages, offering short-term counselling and longer term, open-ended psychotherapy. I have many years of experience of providing counselling and psychotherapy in different organisational settings. These include working for several years within an NHS psychotherapy department, a charity setting and within a university student counselling service. I have also worked as a counsellor with older adults in a charity, gaining considerable experience of working with older people transitioning into retirement and with issues concerned with aging.

I have extensive experience of working with people who feel 'stuck', isolated and those having difficulty feeling pleasure in some areas of their life - especially within their relationships.
