I have a flexible availability weekdays and evenings.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a senior accredited counsellor with many years experience in private practice and the NHS as a senior therapist.

I have also worked extensively in the EAP sector providing counselling for employees of large organisations.

I offer long and short term counselling, face to face and remotely (video or phone).

I am also an accredited DIT (dynamic interpersonal therapy) therapist. A sixteen session relational model.

Practice description

The focus of my work is to provide a space where clients can begin to understand and process the issues that are causing them concern.

My core training is psychodynamic, however my counselling experience has led me to adapt, where appropriate, this model to suit clients needs.

My first session

Our initial contact will be used as to assess your difficulties and plan our work going forward.

Sessions last fifty minutes
