Hi I'm Carol and I work with adults and young people with anxiety, grief, change and loss, anger and relationship issues etc. I can help you with difficulties at work or at school/college. I'm an HR professional as well as a qualified counsellor, supervisor and CBT therapist. I can offer online, phone or face to face support in a calm, friendly and safe place.
