About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered Counsellor and Supervisor and have worked in the profession for over 20 years.
My initial training was in the person centred modality, but I also work with an integrative approach drawing upon CBT and solution focused techniques.
I have worked both in the Charity sector and the Private sector and am experienced in EAP work. I have a long history of working in the Domestic Abuse Sector and the Sexual Violence Sector. Working with Adults, Couples, Older People and Young people. I offer long term and short term therapy in person, by video or by phone.
I will always endeavour to offer a safe non judgemental space for Clients to be able to explore their issues.
Practice description
My practice is based in a ground floor office in Ashbourne. I offer a free 20 minute phone call for an initial discussion about what you are hoping for from therapy and to see if we are a good match for one another.
I offer a space confidential space whereby you can talk freely to me, without judgement about what ever you wish to bring to the session. Nothing is too small to explore if it is something that concerns you.
