Welcome! I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist providing short or long term counselling/psychotherapy. I am an empathic and sensitive person with passionate drive to make a difference to individuals and/or organisations.

I believe that we are all entitled to support or help at times in our lives and given the right environment people have the ability to heal and grow. 

As a therapist I seek to create a safe and confidential space where individuals feel welcome and not judged but accepted and understood; that they are able to explore their issues or difficulties, allowing greater awareness in order to make better choices for themselves.

Your first session with me is an assessment session whereby I would ask you for some background information and what it is that you would like or hope to gain from therapy.  

This is to see whether what I offer is something that may benefit you at this time or whether a different service would be more appropriate to meet your current needs. 

Also during this session, I would explain how I work and you would have the opportunity to ask me questions and gain a sense of how we may work together.
