About me and my therapy practice
Supporting both adults and young people who are experiencing difficulties following either a historic or current situation, I have helped in navigating their feelings and situation. Clients have wanted support around many issues including anxiety, depression and loss, to help them be able to function in a more healthy way. Having significant experience in supporting both adults and young people for a wide range of presenting issues, I am able to help people with their needs, feelings and experiences.
Offering a safe and non judgemental space can help clients in a positive way. If you are wanting to gain help and support, I can help with this journey.
