About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced and qualified Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, I draw on different theoretical approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Relational, Jungian and CBT and DBT modalities.
I offer a non judgemental, confidential and compassionate space in Winchester to explore experiences both in the present and the past. In a collaborative process we work together to make sense of troubling issues, gain an understanding of self, unlock potential and move away from being stuck towards change and fulfilment in life.
I have many years of experience of working as a Counsellor and Supervisor at affordable Counselling charities offering low cost support to those experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationship, bereavement, histories of trauma, eating disorders, OCD, addiction, childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence.
Practice description
I work with individuals and couples offering a choice of face to face or on line counselling.
There is parking at the practice location and it is also accessible by bus, train or on foot.
Sessions are offered on a long term or short term basis.
My first session
I offer a brief free telephone conversation to discuss your current concerns.
The initial session is charged at the usual rate
During this session we talk about at a deeper level what is affecting you, what you hope to gain from counselling and discuss the way forward.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm a fully qualified MBACP Accredited, Winchester based Supervisor offering face to face and online Supervision. I also hold Certificates in Couples and Group Therapy. I work with individual Supervisees and Groups.
I am Integrative in approach drawing on different theoretical approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Person Centred and Relational perspectives.
I'm a BUPA, Aviva, Vitality Health and AXA recognised Therapist and also work with several Counselling Agencies and in Private Practice.
Practice description
I offer sessions face to face, on line and monthly, fortnightly or as required each session is 50 mins in duration.
