About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever issues are troubling you at this time. My training is Integrative, which means it draws on a number of approaches to Counselling and Psychotherapy. This helps me adapt our work to meet your specific needs. I have a particular interest in the overlap between physical and psychological health, including supporting people through the process of obtaining and dealing with medical diagnoses.
Please do contact me if you would like to discuss working together, or have any questions. If you wish to proceed, I will suggest we arrange to meet for an initial session, which is an opportunity for us both to decide whether it seems appropriate for us to work together at this time. For Telephone Counselling and Online Counselling this session usually also takes place on the telephone or online. The cost of this session is £35.
