In my work as a psychotherapist, I talk to people about the way they live, where they have been and where they seem to be going.

Being a human being is complicated; through trying to talk a personal struggle can turn into a conversation and what emerges from it could surprise us; making this choice expresses an attempt to somehow change your life. These confidential conversations create an opportunity to question the way we live and make sense of our experiences and realise possibilities that we just can't see from our particular predicament.

I split my time living between London and Saigon, hence we can work together through a combination of in-person sessions at my practice in Hackney and online sessions via Zoom.

£50 - clinical supervision for trainees.

£70 - clinical supervision for therapists.

Relational - Existential supervision in person in Hackney & online. 

Existential clinical supervision and mentoring is a conversation about the therapist’s personal life, professional life and their case-work. Just as the therapist’s work is to support, explore and sometimes even inspire, so does the existential supervisor/mentor, yet from a colleague perspective. 

My work with therapists is not an attempt to monitor or evaluate the work, but to better understand the way we are being with people, and how this expresses in our relationships with clients.
