About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Therapist and an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
My way of working is to enable you to explore feelings and emotions in a safe, containing environment whilst facilitating you to make sense of your past experiences. Insights gained will enable you to begin slowly peeling away layers and meet who you truly are. With time, being comfortable with being oneself can enable you to manage difficult feelings and approach life's difficulties constructively.
My approach is Psychodynamic which means I look at how past experiences have influenced you in the present. By unravelling and understanding what you bring to the sessions, deep-rooted thoughts and feelings can be explored and resolved.
I specialised in cross-cultural relationships and issues with specific understanding of Asian backgrounds and heritage.
