About me and my therapy practice

Depression, anxiety, loss and grief, bad habits or addiction, relationship difficulties, or just a sense of life not working for you. I see people in therapy for a wide range of problems, and work from the premise that we have internal resources to flourish in life - and that these may be blocked in any number of ways. I believe therapy should help us to identify and take down the barriers that keep us from the life we desire.

Whilst it is not a panacea, nor the only way to resolve personal struggles, therapy does have the capacity to positively change the trajectory of a life. As such, I take seriously the responsibility of working with you, and I am driven to help you find your solutions.

Having spent over twenty years working in the mental health field, I offer professional and discrete counselling and psychotherapy.

Please feel free to contact me, by phone, email or text, to discuss what is troubling you, or to make an appointment.
