About me and my therapy practice

We live in challenging times and you may be experiencing anxiety, depression or struggling to make sense of your world while coping with existing emotional issues.

I understand how difficult this can be and offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore the issues or events that have led you to seek counselling.

At various stages in our lives we can struggle to make sense of things, whether in our relationships, working lives, due to bereavement or any major life event. This can result in feelings of anxiety, low self esteem, depression and lack of motivation and energy. We may feel our relationships are in crisis and cannot see a way through. This is where my experience, compassion and understanding can help provide opportunities to develop your own way of discovering the right ways to manage your feelings.

Through building a safe and confidential relationship, together we can work to untangle the complex feelings around your personal circumstances in which I will offer the support you need on your journey.

Practice description

With close to 20 years professional experience, I offer you the opportunity to explore issues that may be painful or challenging, helping you discover a new perspective and a more fulfilling way of living, in a way which provides non-judgemental support and encouragement.

I bring to my work a great deal of life experience and seek to meet my clients with warmth and compassion borne out of my own extensive therapeutic experience, working from a safe, confidential room in person or using Zoom or Skype.

I would be happy to answer any questions you may have and give you further details on the phone. Please use my confidential answerphone to leave a message and a convenient time to call you, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
