Practice description

As an accredited BACP psychotherapist and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I bring nearly three decades of experience to help individuals, teams, and groups unlock their full potential.

My approach combines in-depth psychotherapy, coaching, and clinical supervision to create a holistic framework for personal and professional development.

In addition to working with individuals, I also provide supervision for other therapists and coaches, ensuring the highest standards of practice. I offer group coaching and therapy sessions that foster collective growth, emotional resilience, and improved communication, enabling teams and groups to work more cohesively and effectively.

I work with clients and groups both nationally and internationally, addressing a wide range of challenges—from emotional resilience and self-awareness to relationship dynamics and career transitions. Whether you are seeking personal healing, team cohesion, or professional direction, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and lasting change.

Rooted in compassion, care, and integrity, my approach empowers individuals and groups to challenge limiting beliefs, gain new insights, and foster sustainable transformation. Together, we will navigate your unique journey toward growth, healing, and greater connection to your authentic self.

My Approach

I draw on psychological theories and principles to help you understand yourself better.

My integrative approach is informed by various schools of theory within therapy and coaching. I offer a number of approaches and tools and bring them to our work dependant on your individual needs.

I work with clients in short/long term therapy.

I offer supervision generally as an ongoing working relationship, but also offer adhoc supervision.

I work with companies to create bespoke support packages for their teams.

My first session

We would commence our time together with an initial consultation (online), assessing the issues that you would like to address and talk through. Then, if you are comfortable working with me, we agree an appropriate number of sessions.

What to expect:

Working with me we will explore the moment-by-moment awareness of your experience without judgement.

I will be 'real', honest, caring and open, with a seasoning of humour!

We will work at depth to resolve complex patterns and behaviours. We will identify obstacles and, where required, draw action plans and goals.

We will explore emotions, feelings and somatic responses to deepen awareness, encourage growth and positive change in relationships and well-being.

I believe we are all unique, and the way you experience life is unique to you. It would be my privilege to work with you to help you find a clearer way forward. It’s my aim to ensure that our work together meets your individual needs.

I am committed to maintaining high standards of practice by undertaking of regular supervision and continuing personal development.

I would welcome the chance to discuss with you how we might work together. Feel free to call or email me without any obligation if you have any further questions.
