About me and my therapy practice
As a NCS Senior Accredited Registrant and integrative counsellor, counselling tutor and supervisor, I offer counselling in a warm, safe environment, where your feelings, thoughts and emotions can be explored, in an empathic and congruent manner. I work mainly with adults and young people in the areas of abuse, bereavement, anger management, work related issues, stress, PTSD, anxiety and emotional distress, offering a counselling environment where positive healing can take place.
My first session
There is no charge for the first 30 minute session. During the session we will complete a simple verbal assessment, so that your counselling sessions can be tailored to your needs. This session could also be used to signpost you to other support mechanisms if appropriate.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Level 6 CPCAB qualified Clinical Therapeutic Supervisor, offering supervision to counsellors, case workers, EAP's, supervisors and counsellors in training. I work with both groups and individuals.
I hold the BACP ethical framework at the centre of our work together. I believe that all supervisees need to be held with the same core conditions that we hold our clients, empathically, congruently and with unconditional positive regard.
I am also a member of the Association for Pastoral Supervision and Education (APSE) offering supervision in a variety of pastoral settings.
My first session
During our first session we will begin to develop a therapeutic relationship, by discussing the supervision contract and the limits of confidentiality, the mode of supervision offered, alongside the duration of the supervision session and the regularity of the sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced trainer/ teacher delivery CPCAB level 4, 3 & 2 counselling courses. I have taught in a number of locations including colleges, private organisations and to companies.
I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and therefore qualified to deliver the 2 day course, I day refresher, 1/2 day MHFA champions course and online MHFA courses.
Practice description
Teaching using a variety of methods including play & group work, demonstrations, games, quizzes and puzzles, it vitality important to ensure all learners and their individual needs are catered for.
