About me and my therapy practice
I am an intelligent observer, a sharp thinker and an astute listener with a clear and creative mind. During counselling, I am able to listen carefully to your story, help you hear it and then allow you to come to your own conclusions. This creates a safe space for authentic and open discussion, encouraging self-reflection and facilitating change. I undertake regular clinical supervision and a programme of CPD (continual professional development). Before moving to Johannesburg to set up a private practice, i had rooms in Harley Street, London and Marlborough, Wiltshire. Prior to training at Tavistock Relationships in London as a therapist, I worked as a foreign correspondent based in New York and Berlin, and then spent four years as a correspondent at Westminster.
