About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative way which means I can draw on a range of therapeutic approaches which are best for you and your situation. I don’t believe that I am an expert in your situation but I hold your best interests at the centre of my work.
I provide face to face in person services, online via Skype/Zoom, and telephone.
Practice description
I am an experienced fully qualified accredited psychotherapist, supervisor and tutor, providing counselling and training to adults, children, young people and professionals.
I offer a warm, relaxed and confidential space for you to explore your challenges. Counselling enables you to explore your experiences and to gain awareness and clarity in a non-biased and empathic way. I work in an integrative way which means I can draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches which best to suit you and your situation. I believe within a therapeutic relationship some of the most important factors is to feel, trust and safety where we can explore your difficulties.
