About me and my therapy practice

You're feeling overwhelmed, stuck and unsure of what - or how - you need to change.

  • The stress keeps piling up, and no matter how hard you work, burnout feels inevitable.
  • Your to-do list is never ending.
  • You struggle to communicate with confidence, leaving you feeling unheard.
  • You avoid difficult conversations.
  • You struggle to say no.
  • You struggle to move on from a situation or event.
  • You overthink and over-analyse.
  • Your situation feels draining, but you don’t know how to break free from the cycle.

You’ve probably already tried productivity hacks, meditation apps, self-help books, or even just pushing through - but nothing seems to stick.

You don’t have to keep struggling with the same frustrations. You can regain control, feel confident, communicate effectively and enhance your emotional intelligence to achieve the balance you’ve been looking for.

Practice description

With a person-centred and integrative approach, my practice is built around the belief that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and find clarity with the right support. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your challenges at your own pace.

With over ten years of experience, I have worked with a wide range of clients, including those within the NHS, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), private medical insurers, and individual private clients. This has given me deep insight into a diverse range of challenges faced - whether personal, professional, or both.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs. I draw from different therapeutic models, including person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and solution-focused approaches, ensuring that our work together is shaped around what resonates with you. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, loss, work-related issues, or personal transitions, we will work collaboratively to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

I believe that therapy is not about giving advice or fixing problems for you - it’s about helping you to understand yourself more deeply, build on your strengths, and find your own way forward. Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My first session

I offer a 30-minute free introductory call so that we can explore whether we would be a good fit to work together. The working relationship that we create will be important to the process, together with your commitment to attending regularly.

If we decide to work together, I can explain more about how I work and we can discuss any questions you might have. Please rest assured that there's no obligation. After talking with me, if I'm not the right fit for you, I fully support your decision to find an alternative therapist or coach to work with.
