About me and my therapy practice
I qualified in 2013 with a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling. I work mainly in a Person Centred approach, providing the core conditions that I believe are key to successful therapy. I see counselling as a way to give hope, gain the ability to let go of the pains of the past and find new ways of healing.
I am an Accredited counsellor and registered member of the BACP.
I have undertaken training in Walk and Talk Therapy, and this can be offered as an alternative to face to face, telephone or online sessions.
I am currently undertaking a Level 6 Diploma in Clinical & Developmental Supervision and am accepting qualified therapists as supervisees. Rates will be reduced for Supervision throughout the duration of the training.
Practice description
I can offer face to face therapy in a calming garden office, providing a confidential space to discuss your concerns.
I continue to offer sessions via the telephone and online for those that wish to undertake remote therapy.
I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy (subject to suitability) with several risk assessed routes in the local area.
Please visit my website for more information.

About me and my therapy practice
I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Clinical and Developmental Supervision. I qualified in Person Centred therapy in 2013 and work within an assimilative integration approach within my clinical work. This enhances my Supervisory practice and I welcome supervisees from different modalities. I work to provide a collaborative space for exploration of theory, process and reflective practice.
I can offer both clinical and non clinical supervision either remotely or face to face.
Practice description
I offer a free 30 minute consultation before agreeing to work together to allow an opportunity to explore what you may be looking for from Supervision.
Once we have contracted, sessions can take place either remotely or in person working within the guidelines of your professional body.

The first session will be a 30 minute consultation free of charge to explore what Supervision means to you and what you are looking for in a Supervisor.
