About me and my therapy practice
Counselling can help you to understand yourself, the way you are with others, and support you to work through difficulties.
I offer you a safe and non-judgemental space in which to think and talk openly. Together we can explore the challenges you face and their impact on your life, in order to find a way forward.
I have 18 years’ experience working as a counsellor in the NHS, local counselling services and private practice. I have worked with adults experiencing all kinds of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship, identity, chronic illness, domestic violence, self-harm, and loss.
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and am a Registered Member of BACP.
Practice description
I work face-to-face, on zoom and telephone.
My first session
I offer a free consultation (40 mins). This is to find out a little more about you and what’s been going on for you. The session will give you an opportunity to see something of how I work and to ask any questions you may have. We can then decide if we might work well together and if you would like to continue.
£55+ for subsequent sessions (sessions are weekly, for 50 mins).
Please do get in touch by email or leave a message on my mobile.
