About me and my therapy practice
Clients I have worked with have experienced loss and bereavement, depression, anxiety and stress, illness, domestic abuse and trauma.
How I work
I work in an Integrative way – this means I call on Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt theory and techniques to support you in your journey.
What this means for you is that I don’t believe “one size fits all” and will tailor the session to you and your needs.
If you would like to find out more, call or send me an email to arrange an initial 10 – 15 minute conversation.
Practice description
The practice is a 10-15 minute walk away from Oxford Circus Station, and is light and airy.
Unfortunately the building does not have disabled access. The therapy rooms are located on multiple floors reached by staircase.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity to meet me and see whether you would like to work with me. It also offers me the chance to see if I am the right person for you to work with.
During the session I will complete an assessment form where I will go through a set of questions to find out a little bit more about yourself.
If I think that you would benefit from working with a therapist from a different discipline, I will say.
What I can help with
Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Depression, Health related issues, Loss, Post-traumatic stress, Self esteem, Stress, Trauma
Types of therapy
Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Transactional analysis
