About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, which means I draw upon a variety of psychological approaches to suit the individual needs of each client.
I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client to provide a safe space to explore both past and present experiences. It is through this exploration that individuals can gain a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships to bring about change.
Practice description
I have over 15 years experience, working with adults in the NHS, charitable organisations and in private practice, with a range of issues, such as anxiety and depression.
I am currently working in a primary care NHS service as a Senior Therapist and Joint Counselling Lead offering short term psychotherapy to individuals and couples. In my NHS work I also specialised in perinatal mental health offering psychological support to individuals who have experienced, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and postnatal depression.
In private practice I offer online psychological support to individuals and couples on a short term or long term basis.
