About me and my therapy practice
I work with Family Costellations therapy and Transactional Analysis approach
Family Constellation is an approach to help us find peace and reconciliation with the members of our family, or anyone with whom we are closely related.
We learn to understand the underlying cause of any relationship problem, and discover how we are connected to the collective energy field of our family, culture or country, and how traumas of past generations still influence our lives and the decisions we take.
The unconscious bonds towards our parents and family members span many generations and are at the root of most people’s suffering.
In FAmily Constellation therapy we become aware of unconscious identifications and ’entanglements’ and learn how to dissolve them by moving beyond judgement and consciously opening our heart towards excluded or forgotten family-members.
When we no longer take over responsibilities that are not ours and stop interfering in the lives of others, we cease to repeat the suffering of our parents or ancestors and find our own place in life and in our family system. With gratitude we leave the past behind and regain wholeness and inner strength. .
Growth happens when people make new meaning of their roles and relate with degree of autonomy to their various systems.
I believe that with counselling, people can begin to get perspective on their own strengths, and find within them, powerful resources for growth. I see my roles as a coach and as a counsellor to facilitate people to acknowledge the wealth of their own experience and create a unique framework of strengths and resources for shaping their life’s destiny.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision as a Transactional Analysis and Systemic Supervisor
I integrate humanistic, psychodynamic and systemic theories with Family Constellations in my practice. I am a certified and trained supervisor from EATA Transactions Analysis .
I welcome supervisees who want to deepen their practice from pluralistic point of view . I want to be a part of your learning process to enable you to grow as an ethically minded practitioner.
I seek a collegial dialogue from I am OK you are OK position and I am considerate of the feelings of supervisee
After integrating many theoretical strands I am using an approach based on the belief that change is possible and necessary for growth. For me supervision , enables practitioners to push their boundaries, experience challenges, and expand their frame of reference. It is based on building strong Adult approach to life that is open to reality checking and confrontation of old beliefs and stories. This is what I train others to do.
My approach is robust as supervision requires the care of the supervisee as well as the client to ensure all are supported within an ethical, professional and compassionate framework.
I am respectful of the processes going on in the room and mindful of the impact of client work on the supervisee. I see supervision as nourishment for all concerned.
