About me and my therapy practice
Hello, thank you for reading my profile. I provide professional counselling, CBT and Counselling Supervision.
It's not easy to take this step but whatever is troubling you I am here to listen, support and help you as much as I possibly can. With more than 19 years of therapy practice in the charity sector, NHS and private work I have a vast skills set to apply to our therapeutic relationship.
We work at your pace at mutually agreed times, talking things through and if it is possible the healing work can begin.
"I believe we all have a right to be heard - once that quiet inner VOICE within us feels sufficiently safe, strong and confident to speak out. And when you do, it will set you free..."
Sessions can be brief or longer term. Issues can be mild, moderate or severe, I have provided thousands of hours of professional listening work during my career.
Empathy and compassion are my signature qualities - you will certainly feel heard and validated.
I will be privileged to be alongside you as you travel on your journey back towards your self and who you are meant to be in this life. Therapy works and my therapy is competitively price.
