About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified, accredited, and experienced counsellor/clinical supervisor with a range of skills to aid and empower you to make positive changes in your life. Throughout my years as a counsellor, I have met with a variety of people and understand how difficult and daunting it can be to talk about your personal and intimate thoughts and aim to work in a way that suits your style and pace.
I am able to work with a broad range of issues. My experience within social services, the criminal justice system, CAMHS, the LGBTQ community has meant that I also have vast experience in working with more specialist issues such as trauma, identity, abuse, and people living with long term health conditions.
I believe that everybody has the capacity to improve their own lives and that sometimes circumstances and events make that harder to recognise and can leave you feeling anxious and distressed. My aim is that by working together we can find the strategies and strengths that work best for you so that you are able to live your own life to your full potential.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified clinical supervisor offering supervision to counsellors, counsellors in training, and other professionals who work within the field of the care of people. For example, social workers, health workers, domestic violence support workers, paramedics, Police, and youth workers.
I believe that those who are drawn to help others are often vulnerable to the tumultuous and traumatic experiences that they encounter with or through their clients. Supervision offers an opportunity to explore the impact of the work on you as an individual and help you to build on your strengths so that you are able to continue to practice in a way that is both healthy for you and beneficial to your clients.
