About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced, integrative counsellor with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming space for you to explore your problems. My aim is to shape my style of working around you and your needs. Above all, this is your therapy and it's important it feels right for you!
Contacting someone for the first time can feel a bit daunting, but I will aim to have a brief chat with you on the phone and we can talk together about what happens next. It's important you feel involved and comfortable with the process, so we can discuss what you need and aim to book an initial session as and when you feel ready.
Practice description
I offer face to face counselling sessions in Coulsdon, providing a safe and confidential environment for you to explore the things that you're finding difficult.
I also have extensive experience providing online therapies, so we can also work remotely (via video or text) if you'd prefer.
Over the last ten years I have worked to provide counselling support to the NHS, community counselling services and in private practice. At present, when I'm not working in private practice I manage an online counselling service for young people.
What I can help with
Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Health related issues, Identity issues, Life coaching, Loss, Personal development, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Allie. I'm an experienced integrative therapist with over twelve years experience in clinical practice and ten years experience working online. I work in private practice, as well as managing a service delivering online counselling to children and young people.
I am trained as an integrative 'relational' therapist, which means I have a particular interest in exploring the relational process 'in the room' between client and therapist. I believe that this requires a collaborative approach which is first and foremost supportive, enabling us to work together to explore challenges, but of course also celebrate achievements in your clinical practice!
Practice description
Having worked online for over a decade, I particularly enjoy providing supervision to people who deliver some of their work in this way. BACP recommends that you receive at least part of your supervision in the same format as you practice as a therapist, so I am happy to offer supervision in a range of mediums to reflect your current ways of working.
