About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified accredited counsellor with 26 years experience working across the lifespan. I am currently working with adults only.
During my 27 years of continuous practice I have developed specialisms in addiction and complex mental health. I have worked extensively with anxiety and depression and psychological trauma stemming from abuse.
I offer a confidential non-judgmental counselling service that will give a regular space and time for you to explore any issues/problems that may be causing you stress or anxiety and help you find new ways to live your life more effectively.
I have 27 years experience that I have gained from working for Relate, NICAS, Threshold, FPA, Contact, Cruse, Lifeline, Carecall and Nexus. I have gained a broad range of experience working with all relationships (couples, parent- child, siblings), addiction, self harm and suicide, anxiety and depression, sexual abuse and bereavement.
I have helped clients to resolve underlying causes for symptomatic behaviours and to find the resources and coping strategies to live life unburdened by the past.
