About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified Counselling Psychotherapist I provide a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to facilitate a reflective space where you feel able to explore current issues or past experiences. When we feel heard and understood we gain a new perspective on how to go forward with life.
If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, bereavement, domestic violence, sexual abuse, low self esteem, relationship issues, feeling isolated or alone in relationships, feeling never 'good enough' or battling with addiction. These are some of the things I can support you with.
As an Integrative psychotherapist my approach to therapy involves selecting the techniques from different theories in psychology including humanistic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, transactional analysis (TA) and existential therapy I combine these theories to suit your needs. As we are all individuals and therapy is all about you and your needs, my way of working is that the therapy is designed around you and your issues.
As a therapist I believe that the key to change lies within us but we often may need the help of others in understanding and finding ourself. Through respectful listening I can offer you a warm, non-judgmental and safe place for therapy, allowing exploration of any past or current issues you bring in a manner and pace that feels comfortable to you.
Practice description
I offer 50 minute counselling session via Zoom or over the phone from Monday - Friday.

Counselling can help you to feel heard, understood and supported. It allows you to discuss your problems and any difficult feelings that you are having, in a safe and confidential environment.
