You are welcome to email or telephone for a brief chat to discuss how life is for you and ask any questions. If we are happy to begin working together, we can see each other each week at a mutually convenient time over an agreed period of time.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, sensitive, trustworthy, supportive and collaborative space so that when we work together you might start to feel comfortable enough to give air time to the things that are hindering you in life, which maybe about yourself or another that are causing you distress. Together we can find meaning and understanding to your thoughts, feelings and at times conflicting or confusing emotions. Moving closer to self compassion and contentment in life.
As children the world is a different place, we see the world in a different way and so we internalize things from a different level of consciousness. Sometimes, not always, this can influence us in adulthood, in how we perceive ourselves, in turn this may impact on relationships around us. I work at your pace, the one that feels comfortable for you.
I have been working therapeutically for over 12 years, working with a diverse range of individuals of any sexuality and background. I have experience of working therapeutically with a broad range of psychological, emotional and relational issues. Depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, low self esteem and relationship difficulties.
Practice description
I offer face to face and remote sessions.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly

My first session
The first session is an opportunity to learn a little more about how life is for you. what has led you to consider therapy and what you would like to gain from coming to therapy.
If you are not sure how to begin or you are uncertain about what you would like to gain from therapy, but know that things are not good that is okay too.
