About me and my therapy practice
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with your mental health - whether it’s anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, or emotional pain, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your truth, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to heal from the inside out.
With many years of experience as a psychotherapist, counsellor, and coach, I help people break free from patterns of inner struggle and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is rooted in self-awareness, compassion, and empowerment, supporting you to heal the root causes of emotional pain, not just the symptoms.
I work in a trauma-informed way, blending neuroscience and spirituality in a mind-body approach. My integrative work draws on somatic practices, breathwork, Polyvagal Theory, parts work, and inner child healing, helping you gently release what’s held in the body and restore a sense of wholeness.
I believe healing happens when you learn to support yourself from within. I’ll share practical, grounded tools you can use in your daily life, helping you build confidence in navigating emotions, challenges, and growth.
What sets my work apart is that I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through and recovered fully from severe mental illness. My three-decade journey of deep healing and spiritual awakening gives me a unique, embodied understanding of what it means to move from surviving to thriving.
Together, we’ll create a compassionate and structured space to explore your truth, reconnect with your inner power, and come home to yourself.
You already have what you need to heal - I’ll help you remember how to access it.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome
Hi, I'm Georgina a Trauma informed and somatic based supervisor with 12 years experience as a psychotherapeutic counsellor in private practise.

My CPCAB Level 6 supervision training is based on Hawkins and Shohet's Seven Eyed Process Model. I draw upon the developmental and relational approaches to supervision.
If you would like to work more spiritually, I can help you to develop and integrate a mind-body-soul based approach of working with your clients.
As part of the supervision process we will also focus on your own self development as a means to help you better understand the needs of your client.

Practice description
My approach to supervision
I am familiar with a variety of theories and competencies needed to be a safe and effective supervisor including working with: 'authority' in the supervisory relationship, transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship, working with the clients/supervisee needs, while taking a cross-modal approach to working with supervisees from various theoretical approaches.
As your supervisor, I will ensure that you feel able;
To work safely, legally, and ethically as a supervisor
To work with implicit aspects of the client and therapeutic relationship.
To develop your self-awareness and intuition as a counsellor.
To apply theory, research, and theoretical skills to the therapeutic relationship.
To work self-reflectively as a counsellor.
To work safely, legally, and ethically as a counsellor.
To develop your self-awareness and intuition as a counsellor.
And, to feel safe and empowered in your practice.
A collaborative approach
I believe supervision is a collaborative process, and as the supervisor I will facilitate and guide you to learn and develop confidence as an independent practitioner.
The supervision relationship is a unique one and I believe it has to feel right in order for you to be yourself and feel confident to bring what you want to the session and ask for what you need in each session without fear of being judged or shamed.
I always offer non-judgmental and humanistic supervision, I like to offer constructive feedback and encouragement to ensure your self-development both as an individual and as a counsellor.
Session details
I am currently offering supervision online via Zoom and would be happy to provide either one-hour monthly supervision (alongside own group supervision provision) or the BACP 1.5 hour requirement for monthly supervision.
My fee is £60 for a 60-minute session or £85 for the BACP recommended 1.5-hour monthly supervision.
My first session
During our first session, we will spend time establishing our contract and discussing your needs and goals as an independent counsellor in supervision.
We will also ensure that we're a good fit to work together and together decide on a suitable way forward for your supervision journey.
