About me and my therapy practice
I aim to create a helping relationship in which you can express your thoughts and feelings in such a way as to clarify your own situation, to come to terms with a new experience. I aim to help you see your difficulties more clearly and to face the problems with less anxiety and tension. It can be an opportunity to think the unthinkable and to speak the unspeakable without the fear of being judged.
