About me and my therapy practice
With over 20 years of extensive experience, I have been privileged to support children, families, staff and adults navigate a wide range of challenges.
My work as a qualified therapist and Clinical Supervisor is built on a strong foundation of professional training and practical experience. I have dedicated myself to continuous learning in various therapeutic modalities to ensure I provide effective and compassionate care.
I have a particular interest in how differing experiences, including trauma and family structures, manifest both physically and psychologically in both children and adults. This is often communicated through their daily functions and behaviours. This experience has formed a deeper understanding, enabling me to offer individualised, trauma-informed support.
My approach is grounded in meeting core needs in an open, ego-aware, and honest manner. This methodology fosters opportunities for positive change and different outcomes, ultimately leading to meaningful and transformative experiences for everyone involved.
I am passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals feel understood and empowered. Whether working with children, adults, or families, my goal is to facilitate healing, growth, and resilience in people.

About me and my therapy practice
With over 20 years of extensive experience in fostering, residential care, and special education, I have been privileged to support children, families, staff and adults navigating a wide range of challenges. These roles have given me a profound understanding of the complexities involved in interpreting and addressing diverse needs.
My work as a qualified therapist and Clinical Supervisor is built on a strong foundation of professional training and practical experience. I have dedicated myself to continuous learning in various therapeutic modalities to ensure I provide effective and compassionate care.
I have a particular interest in how differing experiences, including trauma and systemic structures, manifest both physically and psychologically in both children and adults. This is often communicated through their daily functions and behaviours. As a multidisciplinary collaboration advocate, I have successfully created and managed several multidisciplinary teams. This experience has shown me how the fusion of diverse perspectives leads to deeper understanding and more individualised, trauma-informed support.
I am passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals feel understood and empowered. Whether working with children, adults, or families, my goal is to facilitate healing, growth, and resilience through a personalised, trauma-informed relationship.
