I work eclectically using the many trainings I have partaken in. I am trained to pick up childhood emotional neglect and traumas. We will explore the workings of the autonomic nervous system and how it impacts your body responses, anxiety, and the way you interact in the world.
I am also trained to work with women and their partners who are navigating the fertility journey and to help women who suffer from perinatal mood disorders.
Your past informs your present, and if you are stuck in a painful cycle of repeating the wrong behaviours it can be because your understanding of the present needs reviewing informed by your past experiences.
Practice description
Therapy with me is interactive and honest. I like to think I partner with my clients to help them feel they aren't alone in their journey. I enjoy diversity of thought and the experiences each client brings to the room. You should leave the session feeling heard and understood. If not, I want to know why so we can make sure you get the most from each session.
My first session
Our first session is a get to know you session. I want to hear what brings you to therapy, how you are feeling and how I can be of help to you to thrive and live a better life. You will get to know me to be able to see if we are a good working fit.
I charge £100 for Zoom sessions and £120 for in person sessions.
