When a new client makes contact regarding therapy, they are offered a a free 15 minute telephone consultation where they can tell me more about what has brought them to therapy.
During the consultation the client is given some insight into how I work, duration of the sessions and the fee. There is also an opportunity to ascertain if the client has had therapy before, if the client has never had therapy.
