Practice description

I offer confidential therapy to couples and individuals who maybe experiencing some difficulties in their relationship and may need help in addressing some deep seated issues or past traumas .

My first session

The first meeting we have is an assessment for us both , for me to make sure I am equipped to help you with your particular issue and for you to make sure you feel comfortable working with me. It is essential that you feel confidence and trust in your therapist.
