About me and my therapy practice

It is natural to feel apprehensive about starting therapy. it takes great courage to ask for help. Taking this first step can be life changing

I view my work as a therapist as a unique privilege to connect and relate to you in a way that enables you to heal and move forward, to address your fears and anxieties and to heal from past psychological wounds.

Practice description

I've have twenty years experience working in the counselling profession working with individuals and groups and more recently with couples. I'm a qualified EFT therapist. I hold a diploma in clinical supervision and interest in trauma and attachment.
