About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor, I offer facilitative supervision to qualified, trainee counsellors and other healthcare professionals. I work using the Person Centred Approach and as such, promote the core conditions, in a safe, supportive, encouraging environment.
I believe in the well being and safety of both the supervisee and their clients, therefore aim to build the type of supervision relationship, where you feel able to bring the whole of you.
I look to promote your control over your professional practice, respect your ability and responsibility to make decisions and changes in your work that reflect your beliefs and values. Support you to develop your practice at your pace, monitor, maintain, enhance your professional competence, offer you supportive challenge that enables you to reflect at depth on issues affecting your practice or world.
As an individual member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), I adhere to the ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy and am subject to its professional conduct procedure
