About me and my therapy practice
My training in a range of therapeutic techniques enable me to tailor my approach for each person. My key values as a counsellor are warmth, creativity, openness, humour, respectfulness and a willingness to be there with you.
I appreciate how important it is to feel safe and listened to especially if you have never experienced counselling before, or feel unsure if Counseling is the right thing for you. I always advice clients that a positive experience of counselling is an important part of the work and that is what I aim to deliver.
