About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe and confidential environment to explore your issues on a short and long term basis. After an initial conversation on the phone if requiring Face to face sessions I would offer a brief free of charge meeting to meet me and see the therapy room. If you leave a voicemail on my mobile I will try to call you back as soon as possible within normal working hours, if you leave a number please let me know when might be a good time to call you back.

After an initial discussion on the phone and a free of charge meeting to see the therapy room, if we decide to work together the first two sessions would be an assessment of what you might like to work on. Some paperwork required.

Practice description
Initially after a short discussion on the phone we might decide to move forward and make a session date and time or I am happy to allow you time to think before moving forward.
The first few sessions will be an assessment to get an overall picture of your life/issues. We would formulate together what areas you may want to focus on if we are to work in a time limited manner and this is a mutually respectful process.
