About me and my therapy practice
Appointments available in Measham
Monday to Thursday
Individual face to face both short and long-term available. My training is psychodynamic but I tend to work more integratively. I work with a wide range of presentations but mostly anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, childhood issues, relationship issues, panic attacks.
Practice description
I now practise from home in Measham. I have a designated consulting room which is welcoming and comfortable. Clients can park on the drive.
My first session
In my first session I take a detailed history to establish a context for current difficulties and to get a sense of what may be driving them. I also offer names of other therapists so that the client can talk to more than one therapist before making their decision.
