About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and qualified integrative counsellor. My approach is friendly, supportive and non-judgemental. At the heart of my work I always take a person-centred approach. This is based on the idea that we all have an innate tendency towards personal growth and fulfilment. It is at times when we feel stuck that counselling can help us to regain our bearings and move forward. I offer a safe and calm space in which I will work alongside you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Increasing awareness and taking different perspectives can enable you to discover your own inner-resources which in turn can bring about change and an improved sense of well-being. As well as using talking to explore experiences I also offer creative interventions, mindfulness and relaxation techniquesWhat I can help with
