About me and my therapy practice
Attentive, respectful and caring therapy can be a powerfully supportive and healing choice towards regaining a sense of hope and purpose.
An experienced and sensitive bereavement counsellor, I also have considerable interest and experience working with developmental disruptions and issues such as shame and low self-esteem as well as problems in relationships. I'm interested in the person as a whole, their unique experience and in what we 'hold' in our bodies and how that may help us to better understand ourselves.
As well as working face to face, I offer zoom/telephone sessions - a warmly connecting and therapeutic way to work on line.
Practice description
In my practice I offer one to one counselling to adults of all ages and backgrounds, for either short term or longer/open ended periods, depending on what is required.
My usual fee is £55 and I offer reduced fees for trainee counsellors of £45. Concessions may sometimes be available.
Please take look at my website for more detailed information of how I work at: www.hovecounselling.co.uk
